1. About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed on this website. By placing an order you agree to them. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
2. Orders
When you place an order you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error; if we do, we'll refund you in full.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. Launch or promotional prices apply only for the period stated.
4. Products
We try to show every product as accurately as possible, but colours can look different on different screens. Our shoes have a deliberately distressed, frayed finish, so small variations between pairs are part of the design and are not a fault. Please check the size guide and fit notes before ordering.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are set out on our Shipping page. Risk in the goods passes to you when they're delivered to the address you gave us.
6. Cancellations, returns and faulty items

7. Bundles and free gifts
Free items included with an offer (such as laces or stickers) are given while stocks last and have no cash value. If you return part of a bundle, the bundle discount may be removed from the refund for the items you keep.
8. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
9. Website use
All images, text and branding on this website belong to us or are used with permission and may not be copied without our written consent.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this website when you placed it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
